Graduating from university with a BA in Tourism Management, Sarah first worked for a spell in sales for a leading UK newspaper before making the move to recruitment, finding a passion for matching businesses in the hospitality industry with the talent they need to succeed.
Twelve years on, that same passion remains just as strong as ever in her role as founder of Juice Hospitality. Combined with an unwavering enthusiasm for providing a professional, personal and fun service to both companies and candidates alike, Sarah thrives best when working alongside Juice’s exceptional consultants to meet the new challenges that running a business brings on a daily basis.
Away from the office, you’ll often find Sarah out walking her two beloved dogs, spending time with her friends and family, or indulging in a good book.
Bringing together a wealth of experience in both recruitment and human resources, Sasha joined Juice in 2014, and has worked ever since on developing the kind of strong relationships that help both businesses and employees to achieve their aspirations.
In doing so, Sasha employs the same commitment to understanding the needs of others and providing a first class service that she developed over a varied and successful career.
After working for a global recruitment agency in the late 90s, Sasha moved on to an in-house recruitment role in the financial industry. From there, she branched out further into providing HR support for multi-national companies across a broad cross section of industries, from finance to publishing to market research, and eventually, in 2010, to the hospitality industry.
Outside of work, Sasha lists her biggest achievements as completing the 29km Big Black Mountain Challenge, trekking up three volcanoes in New Zealand completing the 17km Tongariro Crossing, and leaping from a tiny plane in a tandem skydive from 12,000ft.
